{"id":1279,"date":"2019-11-25T15:11:38","date_gmt":"2019-11-25T15:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.euroiker.com\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2020-02-27T16:53:12","modified_gmt":"2020-02-27T16:53:12","slug":"basque-urban-agenda-adopted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.euroiker.com\/en\/basque-urban-agenda-adopted\/","title":{"rendered":"Basque Urban Agenda adopted"},"content":{"rendered":"\nOn 25 november, the Basque Urban Agenda\u00a0Bultzatu 2050<\/a>\u00a0was presented in Donostia-San Sebastian at the Euskal Hiria\u00a0Congress, with the participation -among others- of\u00a0Joan Clos,\u00a0former Head of\u00a0UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme).\nI’m very proud to have contributed to as International Affairs advisor in the elaboration of this powerful strategy -the first one of its kind in the Region- which is set to be a best practice both at EU and international level.\nIt has been a very challenging but extremely interesting four-year path together with the Basque Government’s Urban Regeneration Unit, which has involved a wide consultation process bringing together more than 40 stakeholders.
